The office will be closed on the following days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
We have limited hours on the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.
An extended services code will be added to your claim on the following holidays: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Washington’s birthday, Columbus Day, and Veteran’s Day.
Phone Line Hours
- Monday – Thursday 7:15am – 6:45pm
- Friday 7:15am – 4:45pm
- Saturday 8:15am – 2:45pm
**Phones are unavailable daily from 12-1pm
If we do not have a full schedule in the afternoons, we may turn off the phone lines and close the office 30 minutes early
Well Visits
Well visits are not scheduled after 5 pm Monday-Friday.
